Here is Something You Should See…

Tech founder and CEO, Hayley Sudbury, is on a mission to change who runs the world. Sick of hearing that the lack of women in large companies was down to a pipeline issue, she set out to harness the power of everyday technology to help who corporate leaders see in their organisations and what they do. Hayley Sudbury is the founder and CEO of WERKIN, a people analytics platform that uses behavioural science to promote diversity. Helping organisations deliver on their people promises for commercial impact, WERKIN’s nudge technology enhances the visibility of diverse talent and transforms mentoring programmes into effective sponsorship.

An LGBT+ entrepreneur and former Barclays senior executive, she actively mentors young women into STEM careers and sits on the steering committee of LB Women. Hayley regularly speaks on topics such as designing tech with gender in mind, most recently for TECHXLR8 as part of London Tech Week, Women in Tech: Scotland, Connecting Unicorns, Berlin and Turing Talks. Her entrepreneurial flair has been recognised by the Courvoisier Future 500 Entrepreneurs. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at
