Here is Something You Should See…

Lincoln’s software technology landscape has changed dramatically in the last 10 years. One need only look at the concentration of young software companies in the Haymarket to see this. But what’s it going to take to maintain and even accelerate this growth in a way that is compatible with, and even leverages, who we are and where we live? Doug Durham is a 28+ year veteran of software engineering and development. Creating complex software systems has been the core of his work experience. He has held a wide variety of software development roles in industries such as aerospace and defense, healthcare, manufacturing, ecommerce, consumer web applications, and internet network services. In 2016, Doug was recognized by the AIM Institute as the Nebraska Tech Innovator of the Year. Doug holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an M.A. in Finance and Management from Webster University in St.Louis. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at
