  1. I`m trying to figure out how the '100% gross margin' works, as Kevin O`Leary talks about. The way I was taught Gross Margin, it is the difference between your cost of goods sold and your selling price (in %), relative to the selling price. Does anyone know how it works in Kevin`s story? I`m from Europe and I`ve heard this more often in the US where 300 or 400% margin is discussed, but I`m a bit confused by the calculation, as obviously in the way I calculate you can never have 100% unless your costs are literally zero.
