Awesome Tip: Watch These 57 Minutes if You Started a Social Media Brand in 2020

The world changed a lot because of 2020. People have become more comfortable with things like online shopping, content creation, and personal branding much quicker than they would have had 2020 not been the year it was. With the rapid change in human behavior comes a need for businesses and personal brands to adapt and switch up their marketing strategies, specifically around social media and the internet. Gary sat down with C2 Montreal for a virtual keynote to talk about adapting your lifestyle and business strategy in the 2021 environment. They talk about avoiding burnout, which platforms are best for you to be on, dealing with stress, and more. 1. started my channel in 2020.. still have a very long way to go but I'm so happy I found a calling. something to go tunnel vision on. If you've done the same, I wish you all the best! Just put your head down and you're gonna kill it! 2021 LETS GOOOO

  2. 100% agree with the 3m to 5m happiness topic. My grandad ran a business for 42 years and I think averaged under 100k income and lived an amazing life of family, travel, etc… he wouldn't have been happy pushing it further even if he could have. It's a personal journey, it's got nothing to do with anyone else's figures or expectations.

  3. Min 24:22 "90 year olds dominate facebook" I needed to hear this! I teach a stretching class that would benefit anyone with body…but 90 year olds would be most interested. I love Gary's perspective. Very similar to my own. I wouldn't be on this rewarding entrepreneurial journey if it wasn't for your highly valuable education material I came across in 2017.

  4. I learn more how not to conduct business by the types of questions that people ask. It's as if they aren't listening. They're hoping that you'll give them an exact formula. They don't understand that it's more of a blueprint. People are so afraid of hard work to get rich.

  5. I started 1 businesses without having any experience and it failed. I gave up and felt like I didn't have any support. What I didn't realize is that I was learning more by my loss than trying to "make money" in order to feel better about myself and show others that I'm the shit. I'm spending a lot of time learning how to use Shopify and building my clothing brand Stencl, hopeful that the grind will overcome through time. I dont want to be a millionaire, I want to be successfully happy!

  6. Gary you are one of a kind, honest, to the point, kind and real, what you say comes from the heart, you blow all these pretentious jerks out of the water. Never change but keep changing every bit of the world you touch. Cheers!

  7. Gary you should talk to Tony Robbins. He just did a giant virtual event with thousands of students live on video. From what I understand he could see hundreds of boxes at a time

  8. Hi, can someone educate me on how you récord this type of video calls and also how to edit the vídeo to have the banners with names, topics, etc.. I can pay for the consultation, God Bless
