  1. Good insights and thanks for sharing. I find there is a strong link between internal communications and employee engagement. To unblock communication channels it is not possible for the HR team to do it in isolation. Nor it is the sole responsibility of these folks to address the engagement challenge. It is important to have a formal internal communication team that will be responsible for promoting an organizational culture that is built around its vision/mission/values.

  2. Great talk about good intentions. Fails to take into account human nature and reality. The good leaders in the crowd will embrace this message, because they’re already doing it. The bad leaders will just use the answers of their staff against them.

  3. Could have saved ten and a half minutes if he just started with his closing.
Upper, upper management will never listen to the “grunts” of their company.

  4. The first couple of paragraphs turned me off. Women and identities.

Don't get me wrong, I understand the importance of allowing personal expression and making workplaces comfortable for all, but this just sounded WOKE from the outset. I was hoping for a formula to managers that struggle with creating a positive and successful working environment.

  5. Usually, not always every employee who joins a new job has so much new potential and fresh energy and that's where the company culture plays an important role in bringing the best of the employee.
    Very impressive video, Thank you!

  6. Look at how the West brainwashes, while historically criticizing the East for brainwashing… All of these are nothing other forms of brainwash… These people may have read ten books altogether (half of them about how to become successful in businesses or some form of new age self help cheap literature). With generosity we could say that some of them may have become "experts" in a very tiny area of knowledge, mainly oriented to making money or using some form of science to help others making money in the name of "progress"… Now they want to "create a culture"… "Good Employees and bosses", and after centuries of imposing their will on the basis of violence, they speak about "communication"… What the heck are they all talking about? "unblock communication". Sure, coming from an English speaker, all of them worldwide known for rarely caring about learning any other language and imposing their culture around the world through different forms of war. Really, what are they talking about? The world wasn't created last month you know…

  7. I find it ironic that exactly what he's saying is exactly the opposite of what the Biden Administration & Big Tech is doing right now to the other half of Americans who disagree with them.

  8. 1. Unblock communication
    2. Become responsive
    3. Aim higher
    4. Search for problems. ASK: What don't we talk about that we should be talking about here?
